Who's Behind KataBump?

My name is Alexis Sennepin, and I launched KataBump from a simple idea that has evolved significantly since! Originally, I created a bump bot to help Discord servers gain visibility.

Soon after, Thibault Lapeyre joined the adventure with his energy and ideas. Together, we grew the project, and what was just a small bot became much more.

The team expanded, and KataBump transformed to offer ultra-high-performance hosting solutions for Discord servers and bots. Today, we provide servers with optimal latency, solid DDoS protection, and an intuitive interface for everyone, from beginners to experts.

My goal is to make online community management accessible, reliable, and enjoyable, with a highly active Discord community and support that's always there to lend a hand!

Alexis Sennepin launches KataBump as a simple bump bot to help Discord servers gain visibility. The adventure begins!

August 2023

Discord Recognition

Application verified by Discord on August 28, then foundation of KataBump Association declared on August 30. Thibault Lapeyre joins the team.

March 2024

Hosting Launch

Free hosting launched on March 4. KataBump transforms from a simple bot into a complete hosting platform.

2024-2025

Explosive Growth

1,000 users in August 2024, then 10,000 in January 2025, 20,000 at the end of January, 30,000 in February, and over 100,000 users in September 2025!
